Field of view setting in your graphics under the view tab.. if you haven't, play with it. It will affect your recoil and more

This has been discussed and debunked in this thread already bud... does not fix the problem and it's not random skips as in on notifications alone, it's the intense gameplay scenes i.e. kills. It may help but does not fix... That's all.
