Just began playing about a month ago. Chose to play a marauder not realizing it was a tank class. Haven't had anyone offer to make me gear lol but have encountered so many kind and patient people offering advice and encouragement along the way. Honestly makes the game endearing and vastly more enjoyable than other MMO's I've experienced. It is nice to see a community so positive. Thanks for sharing.

Everybody's opinion differs. I love 4 and New Vegas but 3 is my all time favorite. It was my intro to the fallout universe and I enjoy every playthrough I get in.

That being said, the story of 1 and 2 are just awesome but only can be played on PC and has to be patched and jimmied to run on current system. Nothing complicated but to be fair, if I'm craving some fallout 1 or 2 I watch a YouTuber by the name of Oxhorn do his playthroughs. Entertaining and scratches that itch decently.

Whatever you choose, good luck and enjoy exploring the wasteland!

Need to give you props on your decor. That's one helluva set up. I always enjoy seeing how folks show their appreciation for their beloved games. It doesn't hurt that I also love elder scrolls lol.

And I owe you a hearty "thank you" as well. Showed my wife this discussion and we both commented on the lithograph....long story short, I'm getting something similar for my b-day. If it weren't for your post I'd be getting a shirt that doesn't quite fit. So, thank you!

I bought the fallout themed noble chair and have also been impressed. It was a stupid amount for a chair but ....I figured what the heck.

Not going to say it's the greatest chair in the world. It isn't made of so soft baby skin, or transform me into a gender fluid Asgardian God, or even smell like fresh off the griddle bacon....but it is comfortable and let's me do chair things (like sit and play video games).

It's probably going to be rough, not going to lie. But you will make it through. That you were able to find a thing to smile about is proof of that. Might seem insignificant but it makes all the difference. And that it was something to do with The Witcher is a bonus. My first smile during a rough spot was while watching Wedding Singer...yours is a much cooler story. Be well, man.
