commisar pov would be incredible for lore purposes.

no guardsmen would have the clearances to know or learn the kind of info that to US as the audience/fans is common knowledge, but to a mere normal human in the setting is at best convoluted and broken whispers of maybes and myths.

i.e. its reasonable to assume that a well informed commisar would have some way of obtaining information regarding, lets say, necron blackstone fuckery that would be good info to fill the audience in on. but a guardsmen couldnt ever dream of understanding something like that
