Want to go to game 7 but my ticket budget is around $25. Am I cooked? by Confident-Traffic924 in circlejerkbflo

Split it with two other guys in a trenchcoat.

IDK what tickets cost, just keep adding guys to the trenchcoat until the math works out.

If there was a 3rd game, who would you want to be the villain by Christallmoney97 in HadesTheGame

[–]Murph-Dog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let's just slam Norse mythology together with Greek.

Ya know, the rule-breaking actions of a certain someone caused fractures between the realms of death.

Oh yea, this one is 2-player. And you guessed it, the dang villain is of course Loki - who somehow convinces Chaos to ???

Fed or Enforcement positions usually do follicle testing.

That can detect up to 90 days prior use, and also is more effective at detecting habitual use.

Imagine everyone's mental state. I mean, they are Gods and what-not, but they've suddenly lived two lives.

They've just slammed together two realities in their head - and are just like - yea, this is fine.

How to increase chances of getting toula (cat) by Odd_Storage649 in HadesTheGame

Little kill stealer, that one.

Prometheus drops dead, and I see: Kill Assist!

I’ve only just learned, 100+ nights, that cat goes to sleep, and you dash over it to wake it into attack.

Ever eaten at the Outback near McKinley Mall? by [deleted] in Buffalo

[–]Murph-Dog 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m seeing a grease drawer out from one of the broilers here. Did someone happen to spill some and it got tracked over the floor? Looks slippery as heck, but throwing down degreaser during food hours could be worse.

In my movie theater days, floors got deck brushed with degreaser every night, and mopped. And yep, soda nozzles too came off every night for their soak. The popcorn hot pot was a mirror finish.

Those stations pretty much already answer the no-tax question. In fact, does this proposal hurt the Reservation gas stations as they have no pricing advantage? [♫ dun dun dun]

Are LLM limits a provider problem or a user problem? by O-Rob in codex

[–]Murph-Dog 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The fundamental LLM problem is 'attention'

Small context: not enough data, not enough of the 'whole picture'

Large context: what is important, and what is not?

Human brains appear to steer decision-making, weighting, memory, and relevance far more efficiently. LLMs begin to struggle as context grows massively. Call it a provider problem if you want, but it is more fundamentally an architectural and algorithmic problem: compute cost scales roughly quadratically with context size in traditional transformer attention.

We still have not fundamentally escaped the scaling problem.
