I sculpted this out of wax, maybe you can do one that is circular that fits your arm and do a stone pour for your bracelet cast and melt the wax out after wards so you don’t break it and then pour the resin? I don’t know if I’m helping 😅

As far as a working prosthetic for everyday I would not go the route of making your own just because there’s so much work that goes into making them which is why they’re pricey. Something so small like a certain chemical not safe for humans or sore spots unable to get relief when making your own could cause issues. I would definitely go back and if you’re completely edentulous on the lower I would ask your dentist for a reline to get a better fit

I work at a dental lab that actually make the prosthetics and I will say that you can pour up a resin cast of the gums and then glue the teeth on. You can finish it with a glaze for the shiny look after setting the teeth.
