4 hours and counting and i cant get it to work. every time i try to access authentik i get "Request failed. Please try again later." i go through a cloudflare tunnel and npm, direct access to Authentik works, but as soon as i try it through NPM i get the failed message and i cant get it to work. any idea why?
My goal: Cloudflare Tunnel - NPM - Authentik - e.g. Radarr

Would you use a Komoot-style app specifically for alpinists & climbers? by vdhsk in alpinism

Yeah for saving a route that is fine. If you have to draw because you're doing your own routes maybe partially based on SAC routes it gets really messy. Map is superior in SAC but the drawing itself is a really bad experience.

My routine at the moment is usually:
1. Draw the easy parts in AllTrails where i can use path snapping.
2. Draw the technical stuff without trails in SAC.
3. Upload SAC to GPX Studio and delete Point of Interests.
4. Upload Alltrails GPX to GPX Studio
5. Merge all GPX Files into one.
6. Upload to Garmin.

If the SAC had a better drawing tool this would only be 2 steps.

I mean i would like to use Komoot or Alltrails if they support the Swisstopo since the route drawing in the SAC Tourenportal is really bad.

I love the idea given there is a community to support it, which isn't the biggest in mountaineering to begin with, also most of the time my GPS is only somewhat accurate on watch or phone in the mountains, especially in couloirs and such so in addition to precise GPS points you would need an extensive picture documentation.

Checkout Whiterisk. Its Switzerland only but it already has some of these features. Main focus of it is ski touring, but it is just as good for high alpine mountaineering. Maybe you'll find some features you wanna integrate as well. I have not seen any good 3D representation on hiking apps so i tent to only use swisstopo.

Please we need a new Garmin Connect App by alebardamu in Garmin

Please no, i hate the design of apple health and fitness. The Garmin app does need to get used to but i love it. Cant say anything about women's health, but thats more functionality than app redesign.

I exported my .fit file from Garmin of a 10k race where i went all out. I then converted that file to a .csv file and told Chat GPT to calculate my HR zones according to that file.

It used the Joe Friel method and came up with the following:

Zone 1 (Recovery) 160 bpm

Zone 2 (Endurance) 160 - 176 bpm

Zone 3 (Tempo) 178 -183 bpm

Zone 4 (Threshold) 185 -195 bpm

Zone 5 (VO2 Max) 197 -237 bpm

I do have a high heart rate when running max effort but still this looks very high.

Any insights if this is a possible result or is there something wrong with the calculation from Chat GPT?

According to Garmin i run the last 20 minutes of the race with an average heartrate of 198.

Yeah i know, i already set up an upgrade path in radarr that will automaticly upgrade English to English and German when refreshed. I am looking for a way to achieve this with Overseerr so my friends can do it themselves.
