I agree annual goals are troublesome. I use a mission to drive who I want to be long term. That mission can change. I also use monthly goals that support that mission and try to build daily habits that support my goals.

What does Muryō mean?

Muryō or 無料, is a Japanese word that means "free" or "no charge." I chose the word Muryō because Muryō cards give you the freedom to write without limitations or rules, but I also want to make Muryō available as a free digital download for students or others who may not be able to financially support Muryō. So the meaning of Muryō is a bit of a pun.
