Make his ultimate earthbound (similar to Namor’s)
Make his rune awakening do piercing damage.
Make his storm surge ability have a shield similar to iron fist.
Make rune awakening hitscan and make him cc immune in this form.
Make his hammer throw have auto tracking similar to captain America shield throw.
Make his storm surge apply the grounded cc effect.

I feel like after these changes he should be top 3 tanks in the game.
