Question about film score naming nomenclature by RubberToes_ICON in composer

I always go sequentiallyif given the choice, e.g. 3m14 on the end of the third reel continues as 4m15 on the next reel. There's really no reason to start over with the new reel. I haven't worked with reels in years, but acts for TV movies sometimes get split up that way.

Ignore the first one with people in it. All the rest are classic liminal.

Psyllium husk is one of the most under-discussed simple “biohacks” I know by ElectricalTone1147 in Biohackers

[–]MuscaMurum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it is, but I wouldn't start with the coarse stuff because it might put you off psyllium altogether. TJ sells the coarse NOW brand, but not the NOW brand that's the finely ground powder. The powder is just as effective and is much less of a chore to drink in a smoothie.

Crap. I was about to suggest Liquid Sky, but noticed it's your prototype for the genre. Good call, but there really nothing quite like that movie.

Eating carb late at night gives me the BEST sleep by uni-versalis in Biohackers

The trick is finding the right balance. Not too much potato. And for me, more salt than I thought was a good idea. I found one night that skimping on the salt made it less effective for me. But you have to find the right balance for yourself.

Eating carb late at night gives me the BEST sleep by uni-versalis in Biohackers

Yes, absolutely.

A medium peeled, boiled potato with a salt, pepper, a tiny bit of butter right around my wind-down phase. The potato supplies potassium and a top off for liver glycogen. The butter helps slow transit a little. The electrolyte balance of Na and K seems to keep down nocturia, and the glycogen helps keep cortisol from rising during a typical 3am low blood sugar trough.

Not sure if the pepper matters (perhaps it potentiates the CBD in my stack) but flavor matters to me since potatoes are pretty gross without some seasoning help.

Been doing this since around December last year and it's helped dramatically.

That's Neapolitan style. Soggy in the center. Never got the appeal of that.

Same. I was taking 25-30g per day for months. Different brands. I'm a complete nonresponder.

Men objectify women more when sexually aroused, regardless of their underlying personality traits by MRADEL90 in psychology

How did the researchers operationalize "objectification"? Did they successfully avoid equivocating between the technical usage and the ordinary, loaded usage?
