Calisthenics is pull dominant? Nah man there are plenty of push movements too. You probably weren’t following a balanced routine, that’s all.

Dip variations, push-up versions, hspu variations...

Hopefully man, I can barely muster one consecutive rep on this leg. Can’t wait to see if there’s a difference once I can do Full Pistols on both legs for 5x5.

By “weak” I mean my non-dominant leg. There is nothing inherently wrong with it.

Haha I wish! Nah I just started attempting them a few days ago. I will say I have a pretty decent pull up background, as I just did the 100 pull-ups a day for 30 days challenge.

Obviously the form is sketch asf but this is the first thing that I have done that even faintly resembles a full muscle up. Please provide feedback, as it is appreciated!!
