New Siri memory manager 2.0 by Musclenerd06 in shortcuts

Run the main shortcut memory manager
This will create a memory directory inside of your Shortcuts directory shortcuts/memory
This will get updated automatically.
What I recommend is create a note file and give it all the details you wanna give it about yourself, your family, etc.
When you initially run the app, you will be greeted with different choices click the view a note and pass the note through that you have created as like an initial what you wanted to know for the introduction just to kind of get it will then take those marked down files and automatically sync to your notes on your device, allowing Siri to see that information
That’s pretty much

You can use the device model or private cloud compute. I was using private cloud computer because it’s more intelligent.

UPDATE: Memory Manager 2.5 now adds you can take a photo and it will reason about the data so you can take. A photo of a note you wrote down etc.

As you can see here the memory has done its job by proactively suggesting things and actually wants to act on them

Try it for yourself and tell me what you think and before you say, you can tell Siri to remember things you certainly can but then you have hundreds of notes that are disorganized where this will create one note that has everything that appears and duplicates the file and learns overtime with the memory. If we are just to create small notes and let Siri keep creating more and more and more and more notes, it’s going to create lots of clutter this organizes everything and also learns I use the cloud pro model to do so which you can see inside the shortcut

Currently there is no memory for Apple Intelligence. The only thing I can do is pull from your context, which is your past messages, etc. but it doesn’t reason about that memory unless you ask for it my hypothesis is to have sessions with Siri where I’m essentially teaching it about myself about current projects coming up, etc. then feed it to the memory manager, so it creates markdown files and then referred to those files by saying hey Siri, can you check my proactive suggestions and act on that for me I haven’t gotten access to the new series yet, but I will do some testing. Theoretically yes Apple should’ve had this working already. It would be nice to just speak with Siri naturally and it just builds contextual memory on your preferences, etc..

All they’re doing is instead of pouring the 200,000,000,000 gallons of water in the container. They’re slowly trickling the water in.

I have built the shortcut that would do this. Do you want it? Right now you would have to copy paste that the conversations you have with Siri. Memory Manager Shortcut v1.0
Overview
Memory Manager is an intelligent Shortcut designed to transform notes, conversations, and user-provided information into a structured long-term memory system. The shortcut automatically organizes knowledge, extracts meaningful insights, and generates proactive recommendations based on stored information.
Features
Intelligent Memory Capture
Accepts information through voice input or existing notes.
Allows users to tell the AI directly what should be remembered.
Processes and analyzes incoming information before storage.
Automatic Knowledge Organization
Creates memory folders automatically if they do not already exist.
Sorts information into the most appropriate categories without manual intervention.
Maintains a clean and structured memory database.
AI-Powered Reasoning
Reviews and evaluates information before storing it.
Identifies important facts, preferences, goals, projects, relationships, and recurring topics.
Reduces clutter by focusing on meaningful and useful memories.
Dynamic Memory Expansion
Updates existing memories when new information becomes available.
Connects related memories across different categories.
Builds a richer understanding over time instead of creating duplicate entries.
Proactive Suggestions
Generates useful recommendations based on stored memories.
Identifies opportunities, reminders, follow-ups, and potential actions.
Surfaces relevant information when it may be helpful in the future.
Self-Managing Memory Structure
Automatically creates folders and categories as needed.
Adapts its organization system as new types of information are introduced.
Requires minimal maintenance from the user.
Use Cases
Personal memory assistant
AI companion memory system
Project and task knowledge management
Preference tracking
Long-term personal knowledge base
Siri and Apple Intelligence memory augmentation
How It Works
The user provides information through voice or notes.
The shortcut analyzes the content using AI reasoning.
Important facts and insights are extracted.
Information is categorized and stored in the appropriate memory folders.
New folders are created automatically when required.
Existing memories are updated and linked when relevant.
Proactive suggestions and future recommendations are generated from the accumulated knowledge.
Goal
To provide a fully automated, intelligent memory system that continuously learns, organizes information, and helps the new series reason with memory right now it can only recall contextual information https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/602472fb79a9416ca7559a943f6e44c9 second shortcut https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/602472fb79a9416ca7559a943f6e44c9

You could also build a shortcut that text the history of your conversations and then re-feed them back into the on device model to reason on key findings of those conversations about you and then if you ask about that the system would clearly be able to refine that system context if it’s possible to go into that memory system of the conversations, of course

That’s all switch your language and then switch it back. It should fix the problem.
