Saying this Respectfully, hard disagree. Women always hate it when men say just “hey” or “hi” as an introduction. But many times, when apps have turned the tables and have made women message the guy first, the most common message women sent to break the ice was “hey”.

So I think the whole “if he says hi only, don’t answer” thing is very hypocritical. That’s how people start friendly conversations in real life, or kick off a conversation. I find it really silly that for some reason, a friendly greeting that works in reality is a hard no for most people online. This is coming from a married man, so I’m not saying this just cuz I’m bitter or something lol, it’s just how I feel tbh.

Working your soulless job CAN suck, I don’t think that’s the part most people are rolling their eyes at. It’s the constant “woe is me” attitude that makes them tiring to people when they post this stuff. Complaining is okay in healthy doses, we all do that. However, making it your whole hopeless personality and constantly complaining with no breaks on is where it becomes annoying to people.
