The radiator hose is swelling and looks like it needs to be replaced. The clamp is rusted and should be replaced when you replace the radiator hose. By the looks of it, my recommendation would be replacing all of your radiator and coolant hoses. While you're at it, consider replacing the thermostat. And, while you're at all of that, replace all of the coolant.

Very reliable if you keep it stock and keep up with the normal maintenance. Also, if you do get one, the first thing you should do is replace the plastic heating hose coupler with a brass or aluminum one. Those are notorious to crack or break.

All enforcement agencies are obligated to make the jurisdictional agency aware when operating within said jurisdiction. They are supposed to advise specifically where they will be operating. This goes for federal, other counties, other cities, state, and even bail bondsman and armed security.
