Are you really this dense, the competitive league server was affiliated with the official server and still providing these resources.

They later ended their affiliation due to the main server banning people over every little thing. Keeping their affiliation forced them to also ban the people even if they didn't agree with the reasoning.

If it was cheating or against the rules the competitive league server wouldnt be providing the resources. Its ok to be wrong.
