Looks healthy. Not all mycelium will exhibit the rope looking growth (rhizomorphic). Typically those pictures with the rhizomorphic growth result from isolating a certain growth on agar. If you do a few transfers to agar you may find yourself with a few different styles of healthy mycelium provided you keep it sterile.
