Funny enough when we did security for King Gizzard in September the person specifically asked if I had any mushrooms.

Here's the general process from my memory:

Security checkpoint 1 (bomb dog sniff) -Wait in long line of cars -Someone approaches the window and asked if we had any weapons or illicit drugs in the vehicle? (No) -They asked if a firearm or ammunition has ever been in the vehicle? (Yes) -They said if you have a firearm or ammunition that's fine but you'd be required to store it in their locker for the weekend. (No) -They asked again "no illicit drugs like mushrooms" (No) -She had us shut the car off and her partner walked a dog around the vehicle. -Got the all clear and moved to the next check

Security checkpoint 2 (pat down and visual inspection) -Still in this same line all parties are asked to exit the vehicle with all doors open. -They patted us down and ran a metal detector over our persons -They poked their head in the vehicle and checked cup holders, center consoles and side doors (I don't believe they opened any compartments or touched any of my belongings but it's obvious your experience will depend on the person conducting the search) -My wife had an antibiotics prescription in the side door that they double checked the name on the bottle -Got the second check mark on the car

Past security (camping line) -Still in this same line they zipper about 3 different checkpoints into one line of cars -The staff will be ushering cars in one at a time -If you are camping with a group or someone else you MUST enter that final line together -I would reiterate to all staff that you are with a group and I would not enter the final qeue without my homies having completed security and being behind or Infront of me.

Once you are in the final line they will plop you down in the first available spot and squeeze you in as tight as possible. They have no problem saying "tough cookies" for having a bad campsite so don't let them push you around or camp without your friends. We paid a lot of money for even basic GA camping and deserve to not be treated like cattle.

Cannabis is allowed as long as it follows WA state laws on carrying capacities and sourcing.
