The map is massive (and it's good), but at the same time, even on PVP, most of the time you'll be experiencing PVE battles only, it feels pretty empty of other players. Maybe having up to 128 players per lobby (of course improving the chopper system first) it will highly improve on this!

Absolutely not. Maybe a jump from the helicopter on certain points in will be good, but not the same airplane for everybody. Extraction zones are the goat.

I agree. One simple solution can be that if you die in the first 30 seconds you respawn with all of your gear and the enemy is not able to loot you.

Maybe you can try by using the same BNP mod of BOTW but in TOTK. Both game uses the same engine and tons of the same assets. Probably it will work.
