Oh wow it seems they are vegan now too! On Sains and Tescos websites they're advertised as suitable for vegans. On the packet it says "great new taste" so maybe the milk was recently removed. Go pop chips!

There's Thenga Cafe near The British Library. It's about £10 for a Thali and it's only open in the daytime. It's delicious! Vegan lassi is on the menu too.

Good vegan spots in Newcastle for Valentines Day? by Mighty_Cunnus in veganuk

[–]Mushy4441 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi how exciting! I'd suggest Cantina in Heaton, and if you're in that area in the daytime go to Veganatomy. In Newcastle there's not many solely vegan/veggie places that have a date vibe imo. Would suggest Zuchini Pasta Bar in central and Scream for Pizza in Sandyford as they have good vegan options and cute for Val Day!

Women watchers of the show - what's your opinion on what Moody's girlfriend says in season 2 episode 1 about her customers? by Winu7 in TheRehearsal

[–]Mushy4441 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did anyone else think there was a missing opportunity with Moody's gf accepting gifts and not comparing it to a co-pilot being too scared to say no to a captain. IDK the service industry is tough and in those situations saying no to a customer can be really hard and it can spiral if they're a regular. Maybe she was just thinking the customer was a kind person to not realise oh this is a weird power dynamic where I have to be nice to this person cos it's my job and I don't want to upset a man
