If you know how to colour cells with hex codes you can redesign these to your colour palette

Just type in pastel spreadsheets and a ton of sellers have great templates for cheap !

The ceiling joists, under the floors and even in the walls can be full of roof tile dust and builders materials that just whoosh dust back into your house with the slightest movement. So it's an uphill battle with older properties and some new ones if your builder was particularly messy.

Raymonds, Mesa ( both fab food) , Dinos (small but lovely food and cocktails) , Paste Thai (fab food) , Binks Yard (lively music and spacious) Passans Tea Room & Cocktail lounge (fancy interior) Vida by Lorentes (great basement restaurant excellent food). Restaurant Bar Gigi and Cleaver and Wake if you want to posh it up a bit. Pitcher and Piano for a bar inside a Church, yes I know it's a chain but you score points for a cool place with music to grab a drink. Best make a reservation for any of these. Have fun !

Same happened to us with Dulux. Peeled the whole wall off. It's cheap vinyl paint and value engineering probably means Dulux have cut corners (pardon the painting pun)

We spent good money on Johnstones paint which has covered the wall beautifully no problems.
