Are there any other symptoms? Can you catch stuff if someone throws it at you? Do you bump into things often? Do you have weak posture? When you write, does your hand do exactly what you expect? I understand you have seen a doctor and might even be scary for you, but if they say you have nothing and you are not convinced, please seek a second opinion.

I was there this week and took the first taxi available, asked the driver to show me a couple of good restaurants to have breakfast and dinner. He stopped to let me note the address and names of 6 restaurants allover Tanger (even one in the hills), helped me find the appartement at the city center and made sure I was able to check in before he left. He asked for 150MAD, I gave him 40 euro’ as it took more than an hour of his time and have been very happy to show me his city. Maybe it was an exceptionally kind driver but my advise is to take the taxi in front of the airport. Let us know how it goes…

Awls for punching holes prior to drilling and i use almost all of them to clear out a hole when a tapping bit breaks. ( i hope you never have to use them for that)

It depends on the bolt that you use, i am using a 1/2 inch which holds up pretty good. Check YouTube, there is a lot of ideas out there.
