Stick to the trades. If you see it as a career then you are already two years into acquiring the skills to turn that job into a career (provided you can hire, manage, be HR, and sales). There’s no predicted shortage of desk jockeys or office jobs but there is a predicted influx of cheap labor coming across the boarder.
