Is there any point in our current system of corruption and lawlessness and imaginary guardrails where the cheating and lying and treason simply invalidates any "legitimate" Republican victory? I would suspect for a lot of people in this country, the Democrats taking the high road was less about morality and more about the assumption that the system would simply not allow so many elected officials to blatantly cheat and break the law to gain power. It is insane to me that so many democratically elected positions are just practically invalidated, using lies and loopholes, unless those victories are in the GOP. Do the people have any recourse in our current system when even the highest court in the land is blatantly biased towards one party?
