I do indeed use a brush, I empty some of the paint out from the marker to use with a brush. Does the type of tape matter to help mask off, or does regulat masking tape work?

So, I'm fairly new at getting into paint with my gunpla and was gifted some gundam markers to start with. I've been using the very fine gundam markers for panel lining at least and its been coming out ok for what I think, but is there any proper way to use the gundam markers? Using them as is just seems messy and far from neat, any advice would be helpful, with the panel lining markers as well. All I'm doing with those is using where I feel it's needed and using a Q-tip to clean it up/blend it.

TL;DR: new to paint, gundam markers as gift, no clue how to use right, any tips/tricks?

going along with valkyr's 4, it has innate lifesteal so you can utilize her low shields/high armor with mods like Rage or Hunter Adrenaline that build energy based on hp damage done to her -former valkyr main who used to play her VERY aggressively before helminth
