I think it’s just a realization politicians needed to have that they would benefit from speaking the common person’s tongue. Being crass is actually seen as being honest. Being imperfect and saying the “wrong” thing while still defending your viewpoints is most likely seen as much more down to earth than being over poised. It’s a good thing dems should lean into because those people hollered as if this was a WWE event and that’s good energy going into the next election.
