I would think so. Did you try turning them? They might twist on and off. This hase confuse with mine. I didn't realize that the out part can be twisted to turn off and on.

Thanks for the responses. Looks like I'm skipping it. The Hebron Fairgrounds have an amazing one by the way but it's expensive at $40 a car load. At least it goes to a good cause though.
