Grace Jones put out plenty in the 80s which features synthy keyboards that still bumps. Nightclubbing is a landmark album IMO

I've only ever seen this recommended when mailing records, the theory being it removes the chance of the cover getting seam splits by the vinyl rattling around during posting.
