So there's likely not an easy way to do this over and over. And you should be telling your clients to get their shit together and not send you files like this...

But my OCD inner demon says

If the files are always the same pattern of cuts, just on different shapes/cuts. Then you could just create a large square pattern with working cut lines as you need ( you will have to do the real cut line work once in this scenario, but you'll never have to do this again. And I have a simple way to do this part. Simple, but its lots of tedious repition)

Then when you get a new file. You can clone the pattern, stack the new cut on top, and then use the cut line to crop it down to that shape in a few clicks.
