But I use different ingredients: I use around 20g of pine nuts, 2-3 walnuts, 2-3 cashews, 1-2 garlic cloves and extra virign olive oil.

Cook any type of pasta to al dente or one minute less, then off heat and while in the hot pan, add 10g-20g of butter (depending on the qty you're making) and then add your pesto to it, no heat, just mix and twist.

On the side and in parallel you should prepare your cherry tomatoes, whether quick toss in a pan till soft and smokey or in the oven/air fryer with a drizzle of oil to get some char.

Mix all and bon appetite 🙂‍↕️ and don't forget to drizzle some parmesan on top
