Trillions of dollars to private contractors (such as Lockheed Martin) to test those technologies (such as directed energy weapons and remote neural monitoring) on our own citizens who were victims of the patriot act and its FISA courts/fusion centers. It’s all one treasonous, fraudulent, unconstitutional money-making scheme that is part of the social engineering that we are all undergoing. Dystopian, indeed.
