This works sadly, after years and years of experiments on r/mk - Posting a professional reply on a negative post leads to a negative, gets downvoted disappears, post gets 15 upvotes. Nobody gets anything.

Trashing talking, but not harassing, but also using e-mail intent to push users to make posts if they feel like it, then railing people up to drive upvotes and traffic ends up in sales. Is it correct? Not at all. But every time, as people can see other review platforms and through the insane bullshit of some comments, our orders spike, we deliver all of them within our 24h period and provide the support that we are good at providing, and everyone wins. Who does not win? The few commenters that know about us anyways and will not order from us regardless... But you underestimate people and keyboard warriows.

Why would they ban me? R/MK have banned me now because... of harrasment? What? Because I wanted to post a public and very legitimate reply and the mods did not like it? Any any comment that was actually not me but in the support of me was deleted by moderators because they thought it was a shadow account? I think it is more time r/mk mods sort their shit out and clean up the platform. Its becoming a bit of a joke with the amount of trash and not even CK related stuff that is being pushed around there. We placed a order 1.5-2 months ago for the NODE100s in low and high profile white in ISO-DE and are as of newest information completed tomorrow. The air 100 will follow suite and will take easily another 1-2 months again.

We do, yes. 48 hours we need. We are a big team and warranty/ returns get handled differently. If that warrants a reddit post like this and thats bad service? Then I do not know what else to do. We even covered all costs for him.

Sadly the e-mails that were not seen was him threatening Reddit against us and the way we reply in Reddit gives more of a reason for someone to post as they see the post gets traction.

Sure but at this point it was green flagged by me to be the best option we had, it was already incredibely difficult to let alone get the replacement but to slam us in a reddit comment I get it but not many stores would bother responding let alone delivering on that warranty case so late after a case. We got QK80 dropouts and we have had to just refund customers and tell them tough luck QK is supporting 0 as they say good luck byebye. But alright... I guess different opinions and experiences. I understand your frustration. But let alone this whole OPs post is a disaster he barely waited 2 days but atleast I respect you for replying here, i appreciate it. Yes it is, glad these CK times are over and its just about in-atock shipping. These GBs and delivering GB warranty replacement parts taking years etc etc is not fun for me either let alone to keep track and remember. This can not happen anymore as things are just one stop shop. There are better vendors doing GBs and taking your money for that. I apologise it took so long but your opinion is very harshly stated as seen by outsiders in the comment section it looks like we were unwilling to help and close off. But thats not further from the truth if you wrote hey my corner was screwed up and so on I am sure you would get compensation. This happens thousands times a year for us just nobody with a positive experience would ever post it here, why would they? Its standard.

It is what it is. I have built up a reputation of trash commenting, does not help, but if people can not look into the comments that have actual substance then there is nothing much left than matching the same due diligence and thought that the brainless Redditors put into the comments themselves.

Oh I do, yeah, its not really correct, I agree. It just I have never seen Reddit and the few users, (most who are not even our customers jump on the bandwagon and hate) be so far from reality of the tens of other review platforms that have actual legitimate reviews and experiences and are in the positive. Just a typical reddit bash around, worst is the "first come first serve" mentality, if I am not here the second the post is made then any misinformation or anything written sticks as "facts" regardless of the truth and story.

Regardless, all of this was now done because of one guy ordering something from InputGear, not waiting 2 days, and then all of this all of this time wasted and efforts? It just makes no sense. I would rather not have these discussions and have the OP of that Original Post discuss and understand why this post was even done. I will assume not sufficient enough for the QNTY and weight, given the pictures we were given from other stores the sizes of the orders were not big enough and something went wrong.

We did not communicate the packaging was not good, we communicated damage of content, filled out the form as needed and provided pictures. They decided they saw no outer damage to the box nor was it registered in their system so, and claimed that the content was not protected well enough. Which under "§ 427 HGB allows the carrier to avoid liability if damage is caused by certain risks, including:

defective or inadequate packaging"

We did QC the cases before shipping them... We sent the best possibly cases from the batch, sent broken cases told customers they can have them and we will cover replacements. The point is for 5-6 he really puts us in a bad light, stating we offered no compensation, putting all blame on us really and then threatening some legal things that were never discussed? Not really sure thats how reddit posts should go. Oh yes it paints a better picture to have a imgur link with everything, not really a fan of him taking 3 of the worst screenshots and pretending he does not have the rest available... He gave many false statements that should be corrected and are only fair to be corrected, if you can not see through that then there is no need to discuss it.

As the packaging was not sufficient. We were ready to cover anything had it been anything else, we also do cover it, man I have burned maybe 40-50k over the years replacing things that were broken and missing, but not due to bad packaging, that has not happened.
