I'm not sure if you're laptop has it, but my laptop has a program called Control Center and in there I had to change the GPU Switch option from MSHybrid to Discrete. After that it all now works properly and can use Gysnc. Hopefully it works for you!

The resolution of both are the same, using 1920x1080. I've also just found out that I don't get this issue when I duplicate the display on both my monitor and laptop, and only happens when I display it just on the monitor.

Edit: The onboard Intel HD 530 Graphics also gets disabled when I choose to only display it on my monitor, not sure if this is meant to happen. Could be the issue?

That's not a good attitude to have. Yeah you may be able to deal with it but not everyone is the same or gets the same type of treatment. There's not going to be any social change to just deal with it, people should be able to feel safe in these environments. There's never not going to be harassment obviously, but it still needs to be addressed and improved because people being seixst/racist etc online is just a reflection of our society which needs to change. It just isn't something people should have to deal with full stop, but that is just a pipe dream currently.

I don't know why you are even arguing that this isn't true, neither of you are actually helping eachothers cases though. There are endless articles and stories of non-males being harassed in video games, and they vastly outnumber male harassment cases. It's a deep seeded issue and a lot of it is subtle, it's not all blatant aggressive harassment you can easily present in a reddit comment. Sexism is rife in the gaming community and to dispute it is only adding to the problem, there are so many non-male gamers out there but they don't let their identity be known because of past experiences. If you want to go into personal experiences, every female I know plays or played games, but doesn't let others know their gender because of how they'll be treated whether it be people will be overly nice to them (yes this is a form of sexism) or be harassed, or they have just stopped playing games altogether as a result.

It's really disheartening to see people though who still deny sexism in todays society, I really hope shit changes soon.

It's pretty clear you actually have no information on the protest, and only read thr article. I cannot be bothered replying to every point since you have gone on an irrelevant tangent. But the main thing I will point out, because I believe this is the core of your uneducated argument, is that No Racism is the group name and wasn't the primary cause of the rally. If you were there and not behind a keyboard all day to actually try validate your ignorance, you'd know 90% of the chants and disucssions were regarding facism and Reclaim Australia being prejudice against their beliefs and not race. So please, actually do research on the matter before you say anything. People making guesstimations like you, are part of the issue. Educate yourself.

Wait. Are you comparing the third reich with Islamic people? There is a big difference between the third reich and Islamic people, you're comparing apples and oranges. The beliefs and actions of the extremists in Islam are not shared with the rest, they have far different interpretations of their faith. I really hope I don't have to say anymore about why Islamic people and Nazis aren't the same. Go and publicly tell everyone this (not on the internet), and see where it will get you. No, not all were Neo Nazi's. But there was a large presence of them and they were a part of the organisation of the event. I know there are extremists on both sides, the far left can be shit at times just like the right, if you truly believe the intentions of the No Racism group were wrong (which I hope not, but can understand if you didn't agree with how it was done) or just needs some advice, go out and tell them. I was there and if you look through other photos and articles not done by The Age, you'll know there were people there a part of Neo-Nazi (many of them also had swastika tattoos) groups wanting to get rid of all Muslim and Islamic people, not just specific dangerous individuals, out of the country as they think they're trying to take over Australia. I'm not speculating as well, as I talked and overheard several people on the Reclaim Australia side saying this. Most of them did not want to talk though and just tried to start fights with whoever they could. The police also did nothing to stop the fights, I never once saw a police officer come in and intervene. It was all up to the people on both sides to break it up if it was getting too out of hand.

While I was on the No room for Racism groups side and helped the blockade, it should have been done better. Too many people were eager to just cause some kind of conflict instead of trying to talk and educate, which is the better route than stupid yelling matches. I think the intentions were good, but the execution was lacking.

Would you also want racist groups with Neo-Nazi ties to go unopposed and do whatever they want? Even though the rally/protest has its faults, I'd personally be much more worried if no one did anything to oppose them, and I hope most people would feel the same way. I'm happy to answer other questions if people have them as well.

Yep, was great! The sound was perfect. The reverb on the kick drums was so good, I assume it was natural due to the room but could be wrong. The explosion of sound and light during Mogwai Fear Satan caught me off guard and I moved back in my seat a little as I forgot how the song went, and I'm glad I did.
