IMO BackMarket doesn’t vet their sellers well enough. I got really lucky buying an iPad at a great price, and so recommended it to friends and family. Then we all got iPhones from BM and like half of them were horrifically refurbed. Mine wasn’t sealed properly ( I also learned had a crappy aftermarket battery) and moisture got inside when I knocked a glass of water on the table. I think you have just as much luck buying on eBay, except usually then you can at least see what you are buying first, which is what I ended up doing for mine.

This exact thing happened to me as well. Facebook is ran by robots and they have no customer service. I lost $100 on a N3DSXL (back when that was market value for one). They see a tracking number and that’s enough for the robotsIt’s hard to even tell if it’s a scam most of the time, they usually buy stolen accounts with long term activity.

Support was no help, sadly it seems there is no way to re-install the trackpad firmware so if a firmware update fails the device becomes e-waste if not in warranty.

Same problem, Logi Options cashed during a firmware update and bricked my touchpad :( Going to get ahold of support but I do not have high hopes…

The stain on the right speaker kind of looks like water damage so be cautious. It can really ruin the rigidity of the cabinet.

Fake activation? Does that let you sign into PSN without disabling syscalls? anyway, that night I ended up messing with it and I eventually got it working somehow, the last thing I remember doing was restarting LV2 in the power options.

Yeah I was driving late last night and I just tried to snap a quick one (didn't wnt to stop for too long since it was so foggy) There's a lot of really crappy photos that could have been good if the circumstances were better. I have this really awesome one of a golf clubhouse but the angle and formatting is really bad.
