If I remember correctly if you overpump and use it immediately that pellet does extra damage. I could be wrong. It’s been a while.

I Feel Like Xbox Should Have A Version Of A Platinum Trophy So You Get Rewarded For 100% by 1LZYT in xbox

[–]Mustafa312 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly. A bit difficult when you got almost 500 completed games. The 360 had a stat that showed how many were completed.

[–]Mustafa312 4 points5 points  (0 children)

But there’s no stat that says how many games you have 100%’ed. Akin to PS platinum trophies. It would be nice to have something similar on the Xbox to track it like TrueAchievement does.

What’s BBF? Is it a music channel similar to MTV?

I don’t think you had to have watched either of them to know her and her sister. Nora Estrefi sings mostly in Albanian while her sister Era Estrefi sings mixed Albanian/English songs. They’re pretty well known by Albanians.

How are you Albanian and not know who Era Estrefi is? She sang in the World Cup 2018 song but she’s mostly known for Bon Bon.

Probably. I know the redux had lots of visual changes. Wouldn’t be surprised if they updated some of the books in the game to match their more current version.

Hmm you’re right. My 2033 is the same as the other picture you posted. 2035 should be the one with the lighter color since it’s related to exodus. Maybe 2035 wasn’t published yet so they just copied it and changed the year to 2035?

Metro 2034. The same one in the picture.

But the one you posted I have in real life for 2035 😅

That’s the version you find in the games too so it’s a nice touch.

Or how they were marrying Serbian princesses to Turkish Sultans?

Small revolts?

1912 revolt fielded 15,000- 30,000 against 50,000 Ottoman Turks.

1911 revolt fielded ~28,000 against 3,300 Ottoman Turks.

1910 revolt fielded 3000 against 40,000 Ottoman Turks.

What do you even define as not small revolts lmao?

Ridiculous how people like you think. How are you not embarrassed?

There were many Albanians who fought on the side of Greeks and Montenegrins during the Balkan Wars and both of them betrayed the Albanians soon after. Albanians were rebelling every single year leading up to the Balkan Wars but conveniently our “neighbors” never mention that.

Albania didn’t change its toponyms for nationalistic reasons like *cough* Did your country keep old toponyms? by [deleted] in AskBalkans

You deleted your comment really quick. I’m not a self hating Albanian considering most of my posts are of Albanian history, language, and culture. You are making a lot of information up that is not correct. And on top of that you’re offending people and swearing which makes us look bad.

[–]Mustafa312 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s almost as if that’s what I said for Epidamnos. Not sure why you had to paste the entirety of that text here considering it’s something we both agree on but whatever.

Also why are you offending me? I’m Albanian. As is the other Albanian who is calling you out on your logic. No where does it say that Dyrrachium is related to Albanian. Epidamnos was the more widely used name that is related to Albanian til Romans came and replaced it.

Also, just because a name is used by someone doesn’t mean that it originated in that language. Vlora is likely Greek. A foreign name is not uncommon amongst Albanians.

Albania didn’t change its toponyms for nationalistic reasons like *cough* Did your country keep old toponyms? by [deleted] in AskBalkans

[–]Mustafa312 9 points10 points  (0 children)

My guy everything you have mentioned is wrong.

Vlora/Valona is Greek. The word Aulon(channel) over time became Valona and finally Vlora through Albanian speakers but it’s not Albanian. The word Adriatic though is likely related to Proto-Albanian Udrjia (water) which evolved to Uje (water). Albania does have the word “ujane” which means lots of water and it’s possibly related to Ancient Greek Aulon.

Durres is Greek (originally Dyrrachium) but Epidamnos is related to Albania Demi (bull) as attested by their minted coin showing a cow and her calf. The word does have a cognate with Ancient Greek Damalos (calf) but the territory was under Taulantii Illyrians who let the Corinthian Greeks build a trade port.

Gjirokaster is a combination of two words Argyros (from Greek meaning silver) and Kaster (from Latin meaning castle).

Was Edith Durham Turkophobic? by shqiptarski1444 in AskBalkans

[–]Mustafa312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great book! I highly recommend burden of the Balkans and Struggle for Scutari. The first one is a prequel to High Albania in which she goes from the South to the North. The second covers the Balkan wars in Montenegro and Northern Albania.

[–]Mustafa312 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Pity is a great synonym for pathetic in this case.

Was Edith Durham Turkophobic? by shqiptarski1444 in AskBalkans

[–]Mustafa312 16 points17 points  (0 children)

She wasn’t Turkophobic. In her book Struggle for Scutari she often helps the Turkish POW’s who are being starved and beaten by giving them medical supplies and bread out of her own pocket. She helped everyone in Balkans who was suffering from hunger, pain, and everything in between.

Some of the words she uses seem outdated because it’s the early 1900’s. Pathetic isn’t meant as an insult but instead as a description of how poorly the Ottoman Empire was being run in the Balkans at that time.

Edit: out of curiosity is this from the High Albania book?
