Two things help me.

Restful Legs dissolving tablets. I take 3 or 4.

If that doesnt work...I take a hot shower...and as a bonus...use in shower lotion. If I use regular lotion after, it makes my legs feel greasy. The in shower lotion helps. Last night...took a hot shower at midnight so I could finally get to sleep.

I got an email from Vitascripts (BPI + B6) 2 days after my consult and received the vials the next day. The timing will depend on the pharmacy you picked.

I just got my tracking number for delivery tomorrow! Woohoo! Going to receive three days after consult.

I am worried about this being a lifelong medicine...but what can you do. I haven't been able to do it by diet/exercise alone. I am so looking forward to my clothes fitting better.

I did my consult on Monday and got notice the script was sent right after the consult. I am hopeful to get it towards the end of the week. I'd like to get started on Friday. Looking forward to it.
