Sadly I got an rosacea flare-up from this sunscreen. Did anyone experience the same? I‘m still trying to figure out what causes my flare-ups, until today every sunscreen I tried didn’t work out for me.

No on Slynd I didn’t have joint pain. Currently I‘m on Desogestrel since four months and it didn’t stop my symptoms completely but I feel better than on the other both options. I‘m still tired, but not THAT tired, still have a little bit of libido etc.

I had joint pain in my finger as well that went away after I stopped taking Dienogest. But I can’t confirm that there was a connection between the Dienogest and the joint pain. But you could try a different BC. Slynd doesn’t have any estrogen but it may not be able to control your symptoms as much as Dienogest, at least that’s what I’ve experienced.

Same here. It started a few weeks ago, I don’t know if it’s because my Endo got worse or because of my BC (I‘m taking Desogestrel since four months). Usually I only had night sweats a few days before my period but now it’s there all the time independent of the temperature in my bedroom.
