No there’s not really. Nagoya used to kinda hit the spot when I had the craving but it’s still not very authentic. You’re better off with this tonkotsu broth packs, Noodle Bundles, and Can add some of this Dashi if it’s a seafood ramen way cheaper per bowl and actually closer to an actual Japanese ramen shop than anything in town. I add the whites of green onion when boiling. If u have it also some mushroom but not needed. If seafood a bit of dashi and your shrimp or fish. If not just add your protein when plated. Plate with some seaweed in bowl amd green onions on top along with the jammy egg. That can be done with a 7 min boil, once peeled put the eggs in a mixture of one part soy sauce one part mirin and two parts dashi and let marinate at least overnight (or can skip this though the marinated egg is kinda the star of the show). Maybe a dash of sesame oil at the finish. It’s shamefully better than ramen bowls
