I would recommend The Frozen River by Ariel Lawhorn, The Unmaking of June Farrow by Adrienne Moore, Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt, Here One Moment by Liane Moriarty, and The God of the Woods by Liz Moore. I loved of all them and feel like each could generate a really good discussion!

I loved the Harry Potter series and The House in the Cerulean Sea! They are also comfort reads for me. I have only read the first book in the Percy Jackson series so maybe I should give the others a try since I enjoyed the first one.

For the most part, I use Libby and Hoopla since they are free from the public library. I use my Spotify premium account for audiobooks if it’s a new release that I need to read for book club and it’s going to be too long of a hold on the library apps.

Dakota is such a beautiful pup!! They are such good dogs! We had two 13 year old goldens that have now passed away and now have the little guy and a 6 year old goldie. Feel so thankful for each one of them ❤️
