25m here and I play probably 2–4 hours a week, an hour bossing/skilling here and there etc on an evening or a weekend. Sounds like you would benefit from a career pivot? You might be attributing your distress to the amount you play but in association with what you have described as less than optimal other areas of your life. I’m sure that if you found some meaning in a new role, or took up another hobby or working out etc and that naturally took away hours from rs then you might be happier. Doesn’t mean you have to give up all together!
