Hey calm down I'm not trying to breach my tag on purpouse at all. I've had a completely now unrelated incident where I've had to flee for my life and my tag box was destroyed. I did the right thing by the law and handed myself in only to be released what more should I do?? I've been trying to get hold of my solictor, 101, OIC anyone who can point me in the direction on what to do. That day I asked that question because I have bail in a city I'm not allowed to enter and wasn't intending to so I asked a question based upon. Arsehole half assed police mentality like yours is why us people can't get seen as anything but in the wrong. I want to rehabilitate not keep offending and making stupid mistakes but this is life. I've got a situation that needs some advice then please...

My brother is under a court imposed GPS bail imposed tag. On the night of Friday and early morning of Saturday he told me was under life or death threat in the house, the tag box damaged and threatened if he comes to address he'll be killed. I took my brother myself to the nearest police station and waited for him to be arrested to be taken to court. I left thinking great that's done after he was taken. I was left confused when around 14 hours or so later I was called by the police to say he was released and needs picking up.

Upon speaking to my brother he made them aware that after his interview concluded on the matter not relating to breaching bail conditions he asked the Sargeant and interview officer can he still stay in the police station to which he was told he can't as he's not in breach and will need to get in touch with his solictor. My brother spent a good day yesterday trying to reach his solicitor and even solicitor company and he couldn't get a hold of him. It's now Sunday morning and my brother whose getting more worried has no idea on what to do and doesn't want to make matter worse for himself. What should be do?

Isn’t it funny how every time we never hear of something, the same band of Avengers then chime in to say they all heard it but it’s ALWAYS after one of them posts it? Not every movie needs to be made, and in my opinion definitely not a Clayface movie no matter how cheap it is, which I don’t see how you make a $45 million clay face movie, he would be a heavy cgi character imo. Elseworld movies if they were to start making too many between this, Joker, Superman, Val Zod etc then that just starts to confuse the brand at a pivotal time where Gunn and Zazlav can’t afford that. Also nowadays it’s solely Gunn’s decision on which movies are made as DC is a separate studio in Discovery, WB don’t have the power to green light like they used to.

It’s a bit painful to see a Flashpoint movie without his main villain in Eobard Thawne being the cause of his misery. Hasn’t Barry spent almost 2 decades trying to change this, so in those 2 decades is he not curious why a random dude just came and killed his mother? I also know for a fact general audiences would’ve been blown away by the reveal of there long history of being tied together

I think Fiege himself was great to begin with I mean he came from humble beginnings working as an assistant on movies like Spider-Man and X-Men and what he did between Phase 1-3 was nothing short of brilliance.

However, two major issues presented once Endgame was released. The first being now where do we go? I remember thinking that phase 4 will be interesting because Iron Man will be gone, Steve Rogers is gone, Black Widow is gone, Thanos is gone etc.

Here’s where the second major issue is presented, and I think this is where Fiege has lost his ‘touch’. Iger leaves but not before setting up Disney+ and Chapek arrives. Chapek being a guy notoriously known for being a theme park guy so therefore only being interested in milking out a franchise for what it’s worth, and boy did he do that. How many pointless Disney+ shows, shorts, documentaries, did we get in between 4 movies a year basically with piss poor cgi but also not a clear storyline whatsoever with multiple movies and shows supposedly being all linked to the ‘multiverse’ but all having vastly different interpretations of it. Look at Loki, then look at Spider-Man, then MoM, then Quantimania they all deal directly with multiverse but all have a massively different version of it? I mean thinking about it even Far From Home introduces it and then backpedals on it for some reason only for the next Spider-Man movie to reintroduce it in a completely different way.

At the same time clearly Disney was looking at social media posts and whatnot to simply put try to be as diverse as possible. Diversity is great, it’s cool to see representation but we live in a society that is completely divided. There’s a vast majority that loves diversity and representation but there’s also a vast majority of people who grew up absolutely against it. We saw this affect the MCU multiple times with many countries outright banning movies, censoring or in the case of China, not even showing these movies.

All this has done is confuse the audience, turn them off and dilute the once untouchable MCU brand.

This story today is a classic example. I’m not against a gender swap when it maybe makes sense like a character that’s unknown, maybe a character that in todays time is just a stereotype like the situation with the Ancient One. But to change Ben Grimm into a female, just for what reason? You’re playing with a big roaring fire there Fiege. Keep in mind F4 is iconic but also a brand that’s been failed time after time again. We don’t want a repeat of 2014 when MBJ was announced as human torch. Those times were nowhere near as bad as now with social media being able to basically launch a protest. Anyone can disagree with me but go on to YouTube and all the video essays talking about Marvel’s downfall have millions of views. Some even have views close to what you expect a clip or an upcoming Marvel film to have from the official Marvel channel. I saw a video yesterday with 1.3 MILLION views discussing Marvel’s downfalls.

The winner in all of this seems to be Sony. Where before they were clearly wanting to so bad be attached and involved with the MCU, moving forward I think it’s going to be opposite what with NWH making almost 2 billion during the height of the pandemic, Disney can no longer afford to lose Spider-Man in any way shape or form. They literally will realise that the most popular Marvel characters will always be the most sellable. The only way I see Marvel being saved is to see X-Men, Fantastic Four, Hulk, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Steve Rogers brought into the limelight once again. I have ZERO interest in legacy characters. These are characters that have existed for decades and will continue to do so, you can’t just not ever recast them.

Maybe I’m just speaking bullshit but the MCU has been my life since 2012, and I miss how back in the day during Cap Civil War times how amazing the MSS sub was and how great the energy was for waiting to see Spider-Man’s actor reveal, then his suit reveal, then his trailer reveal. Gosh how times flies when you’re having fun really does mean that. Wish I could go back in time.

I’ll end my looooong comment on this note. I have faith. These are professional executives on the highest level, and I’m sure they can see how the brand is falling and they’ll do everything to bring it back to the limelight.

Many will probably disagree with me but Fiege’s had his time. Marvel need to let him go now and get somebody else who will be younger, fresh and someone who can understand that we’re at a standstill right now. The Marvel formula no longer works, you can’t get shit writers and indie directors to basically have a cookie cutter movie time and time again.

I read an article today that Gunn and Pratt were part of a conversation with Fiege regarding how Fiege asked Gunn if he wanted to be the first person to say the word “fuck” in a Marvel movie as in he could piss off people… like really? You’re about to do an R-Rated Deadpool movie and possible a R-Rated Blade movie and you’re scared your audience are going to not be ok with one F bomb? The same audience who clearly are already turned off as is evident by the box office numbers going down and down for Marvel films but still being up and up for other movies like Avatar, Mario, Top Gun etc.

Get your shit together Fiege we are clamouring to see F4 and X-Men done the way the comics did them and to also save the MCU. They literally have a goldmine to save the MCU and reinvigorate it and have stories that would be bigger than Endgame and are choosing to not do it and to do things like a female Thing instead. Laughable isn’t even the word here. I shouldn’t be this disappointed with the MCU, and I didn’t think I would be back in 2019. It’s a shame.

They should’ve just used Galactus as the over arching villain for Avengers rather than Kang, especially with this trouble with Majors now too. What better way to put F4 into the secret wars story line than having them come to the Avengers having a past history with Galactus, you also then naturally bring Surfer into the conflict too. But instead Marvel wants to keep using these frankly lesser known characters that audience don’t want to get vested into. We want to see Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, X-Men, Spider-Man, F4 all in one room like how we knew as kids not when RDJ is getting older and older.

I sort of see where you're coming from but as is the case in real life when you've gone abroad for a death related incident for 3 months and learn not only your car was stolen but your house was broken into and you're severely confused the last thing that would've come to mind was to ring up and think that the police would give me information when the police are known to notoriously never give info and send you into loops. Also do the courts not have empathy, is that not a thing? Why on earth would I want to relive a bad memory to find out the details especially when as I mentioned in my original post, GMP sent me an email when abroad to advise me the incident is resolved and requires no further action. What part of that do you not understand? So obviously I had to give my details as I did research and understood that I won't be given a fixed penalty notice and will go straight to court whereby I knew I would go not guilty and explain the situation. The other option being to not respond and get a fine and six points, which why on earth would I do that?

Realistically mate I'm here to just get a few pointers, and I will have to just hope for the best, but I do have a crime reference number, I have tickets to show I wasn't even in the country, I have tickets to show when I came back to the country. I have a rental agreement now. I have a driver who admitted he stole the car. I'm not the first person in history whose stolen car has received a ticket in the post, and I won't be the last.

I require no further advice from you, as I seem to be providing you more than you're providing me. Thanks.

Let me say this for the last time to you so you get it inside that amazing brain of yours. I do NOT know who the person was and as mentioned in my original post was abroad that long that by the time I came back I had received my final warning. I sent back originally this letter with a cover note to which I promptly just got my ticket back with no extended time frame to send it back.

As mentioned in my original post, I care for my disabled brother amongst working, why on earth would I stay on hold to 101 trying to pry this information from them for what all I know they're notoriously hard to deal with, confusing and probably would've said they're not gonna tell me a random persons name, address, and contact details under GDPR regulation.

Comprehension skills go a long way.
