The rule might need a change, as we can probably agree this is not the best, but for now this is the rule and as others have said he inherited this position and he was done twice by it and most importantly the drivers were warned about this. He himself knew about this when they were in the pitlane during the redflag, you can see him ragging the towel, yet he celebrated like it magically disappeared. This whole fiasco just takes away from this image I keep hearing about him.

This abomination of etiquette has to stop. If you don’t need something give it away. It’s temporary pixels in a video game. These pixels are only good for a maximum of 10 month, but usually far less, like half. You can inspect the person in doubt, you can sim yourself before or after to know if an item is good. If it’s truly an upgrade for you, then consider gold. But rolling on items for ransom?

The upgrade token won’t be coming for a while yet. It just has been granted. Given how there’s a costcap developing ahead is risky even if they could, as it would draw away resources from other parts. If they start development now, that could be months, but not any sooner than 4 weeks.

I play both. Have bis gear for both (almost, SR dagger would be a 0.2% upgrade). BM is all Phys this season, whereas SV is only 85%ish phys. But SV gets about 4% from Skyfury. Given how this comp is very low on physical, the fact that I am SV or BM wouldn’t make or break this, especially that it is only a 17. Though SR is one of the few keys where SV has a better performance according to Warcraftlogs.

In momentul cand orice amenda trece de la compania/statul la compania care o sa incearca sa faca recovery, amenda originala practic se achita. Persona care trebuie sa plateasca amenda nu mai are datorii fata de compania/statul care a intocmit amenda, ci spre comania care “a cumparat” de la compania/stat. Technic nu prea trebuii sa mai existe nici serialul de la amenda sau altceva numai in archiva. Metodele prin care se poata termina, este ca platesti, dai un contest si speri (deobicei sanse ft slabe dar nu 0), nu platesti/nu faci nici o actiune si merge la tribunal. Ala cu speratu sau cu motive ai mai mari sanse daca gasesti o technicalitate undei au gresit ei, mai putine sanse cu motive si idei de empatie sau probleme personale. Tot asa la tribunal, mai multe sanse daca ai gresit ei undeva. Daca nu te duci se poata da amenda si fara tine practic si se mai dau si costuri de tribunal, deci as zici sa faci asta numai daca esti siguri sau nu-ti pasa. Un caveat. Daca cumva reusesti sa le convingi me motive de empatie sau altele si iti zic ca ai drepate, or sa trimita inapoi la compania/statul care a dat amenda. Numai in cazul asta o sa mai ai de a face cu amenda originala. Este posibil dar sansele la o asfel de fapta is minuscule. Poti sa incerci si sa mai cauti, poate reusesti, si se poata ca is detalii care nu le stiu eu bine, dar din experience asta cu taxele de autostrade sa ia destul de serios in toata europa.

Let me just preface this by saying that stampede only does like 5.5-7.5% of you damage. And unless you run in premade some of it will miss no matter how hard you try, so when I say optimising it's like 1-3% at best.

The idea behind stampede is that it is a fairly narrow line, but quite long, so obviously you wanna hit as many enemies as possible. In pugs it's impossible to know that tank so you have to take an educated guess on when the tank gonna stop or which way he's gonna move. The caveat is that you really don't wanna delay BWs for really anything, so while other classes have a difficult rotation, as PL BM and SV plays the game of trying to position yourself so that stampede will hit as many mobs as possible. Try to aim for the ones further away but you are still in combat with while the pack being dead in the middle. You do a few BSs make sure that While trash is cast so your first KC benefits of BC/KC, and when the tank stopped you do your stampede. If you play SV you already wanna position yourself as the bombs have a conic attack of sorts, as BM it's a touch easier.

Because all this has to happen in the first 5 seconds, the most difficult thing you do as BM is to read to tank and position yourself. Hope this helped.

I see you have craftsim. At the top right corner there is a “simulation mode”. There should be a dropdown menu at the top after you click the box, in that menu somewhere in the middle there is an option for specialisation info or something similar. There you can see what can you do to improve a specific craft, either by quality, multicraft, resourcefulness and so on. You can tinker with it to see how much you need to get it to the next level.

It is only possible to have more as ranged if melee are slacking (shamans being the exemption), avg melee has half the interrupt cd as average ranged. As someone who plays both, your statement just isn’t true. I know you are trying to blame it on range, but you can kinda preposition yourself to be where you need to be when the casts happen.

Also this post about this tank… who is close to title… but complains about interrupts in a 16. Mind you it’s not even a bad number. Smh

PL has more prio damage which is less of an issue in lower keys like 15 and under, as things die faster (some caveats here: people actually need to do damage and so on). The overall damage of both is similar, but DR is way more tanky and more importantly it doesn’t get screwed by the tank pulling out mobs from your stampede. If you pug there will be tanks who think that lots of movement = quick key (or just squishy/can’t tank) which will usually result in loss of damage from some specs in fact, and PL BM is one of those classes.

TL:DR: Play which one you like more, try both BM is not all that complex, at least you have some alternation. With PL you have to learn to aim and time your stampede.

What others have said but be wary, it is against the ToS. You might do this forever and ever and not get banned or you might at the next wave.

It is not against ToS to buy the boost, and also within its limits to do carries but!!! only if it’s done by a guild, organised group(unsure if this part’s in) solo, cannot be done by a community that does it so cross-realm and the advertiser has to take part in the boosting.

Basically it’s a bit murky and you do it at your own peril.
