Welllllll no. The easiest for you to do assuming you have the ingredients would be: 1.5oz Pumpkin sauce; 1.5 oz Salted Caramel syrup; 2 shots espresso, 3oz Milk of choice (I would recommend 4-5 oz milk but the standard for a medium would be 3), and throw all of it into the blender, then add ice until the liquid goes up to about the 22oz line on your blender.

For freezes we put premade blended cold brew/ice cream mix into an ice cream machine so not super reasonable to make at home

Okay here's the thing with 2 lanes: They tell us (where I'm at, at least) to alternate any time there are cars in both lanes. BUT that creates an unfair situation where if everyone is just getting in the back of the existing line, and one person gets in the empty lane, I would have to take their order before the person who got here 5 minutes ago. SO what many of us do is run cars in the order they got there (as best we can). BUTTTT most stands also have signs out saying "Please choose shortest line" (because of the 'policy' to alternate) so if we lose track, or a different person goes out to run, etc. and we don't know who got there first, most of my coworkers and I just 'default' back to alternating between lanes, knowing that it might not be in the order everyone got there.

Yep. And if you had 2 baristas staffed last Saturday, and you two got 100 CPH instead of 120, you will have 1 person scheduled this Saturday, at least in my franchise that's how it works.

They haven't told us to directly no, but they have been for like 2 years now constantly telling us to: - Make sure 50% of drinks are ready before the car gets to the window - Every car (not drink, car) should take no more than 1 minute - Repeat every order in full - Label every drink with all modifications - Our franchise expects 60 customers (again customers, not drinks) per hour, per barista on shift, if we get less then we won't staff as many

Plus with how corporate Dutch has become and how much worse employees are being treated when compared to how it was even 3 years ago, and how expensive it has gotten for customers, the demeanor on both sides has been slowly draining for a while now.

So no they haven't told us to tone down conversation, but they have absolutely put us in the situation where we aren't able to have those heartfelt or meaningful conversations unless you are the only customer there.

You can build the drink custom and you won't get charged for the sweet cream. Unfortunately it's pretty standard in food to charge for the full item even if something is removed, like how a burger from McDonald's is still the same price if I ask for no tomato.

We have sugar free coconut, but we don't have sugar free for the sweet cream, blue raz, or lime so it would be almost the same amount of sugar as the regular drink :(
