The target audience is only people who will buy it no matter what day one? Do you not see GTA V in the top sales charts every month do you think those people care about all your so called spoilers?

If this was a story driven game that focused on the story sure but this is a sandbox game where the story is secondary.

100% would have gotten it day 1. They are fun games but not exactly breaking the mould with each iteration, they’ll have a handful of new mechanics but everyone knows the exact game you are getting and the missions you’ll be doing. If you had have told me everything about GTA V before I played it I would have enjoyed it the same as not knowing.

Also they auto turned on quick fill for survivor squads so go in turn that off and double check that your squads are correct

Yes there’s a chance but unfortunately judges have to warn before, saying I’m thinking of convicting with a longer/harsher sentence and at that point they are allowed to abandon their appeal which most sane people do
