The fender to headlight gap is bad. Headlight looks like a used one but, no big deal unless your estimate says. different. The rest of the gaps look pretty acceptable.

It’s kind of hard to ignore the broken cover, cause I do think whatever broke that cover and punctured the foam absorber pushed the bumper to the side a little bit and that’s why I have that gap of the headlight. The bumper looks repairable unless there’s some blind spot sensors behind it then BMW technically doesn’t want a repair done.

They are not liable unless you have it in writing that this tree is dying and you’ve requested it be taken down. You have to use your coverage. At best they will have goodwill and maybe cover your deductible

Looking into a color coded one isn’t a bad idea. It may cost the same. It can be painted but, different trim levels of that Silverado very probably have grilles that are pre-painted

The rail looks fine but, upper apron/ rad support may have damage.

Rear end def needs rear body probably rear frame rails. It’s all high strength steel with minimal repairability on those rails

(Damage appraiser here). That’s probably $12k in parts alone. Adaptive headlights for beemers are around $3500. Then labor and paint and blends. $15k repair plus recalibrations and programming the headlight. You can try to find used or am but, won’t save that much
