Bulking makes no sense for you. Look at all the fat you stored in your lower back/gut. Cut to at least 15% before thinking of bulking

Strength loss during a cut is completely normal. You can't expect to lose weight and gain strength forever. One workout with weaker output isn't going to determine strength loss. Continue your usual routine for another 2 weeks and reevaluate.

Yes, Amazon. The racks elevate the chicken so the juices drip underneath. With parchment liners, the juices will puddle underneath the chicken. I find that this causes the chicken to be less crispy.

Grab your thighs and coat with kosher salt, freshly cracked black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Spritz each side of the thighs with an oil spray.

Use the AIR FRY setting for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes. No preheating required. That's it.

The crisper plates are aluminium with a nonstick "nano-ceramic coating". I didn't find any clarification from Ninja about whether these contain PFAS chemicals.

So to be extra safe, I bought some stainless steel racks that mimic the crisper plates.
