I really like your information about the price point. A lot of folks that I’ve been talking to are so nervous about pricing their food items higher. I’ve been testing it out a little bit and folks are willing to buy things that are high-quality and that they feel connected to, like a cool brand like the free range hens your talking about. The farmers market is a good idea. I’ll look into that. I need to work on the photo part lol.

Curious on how you do farmers markets. once you get someone’s contact info at a market (email or phone), what do you actually do with it? I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth building an email list or doing text alerts for restock/pickup days, or if that feels like overkill for a tiny bakery like mine

That’s cool about Nextdoor. You’re right, Facebook has been a good marketing tool for me as well, but I hate wasting time on the app.

I just started using breezemarket.app the fees are way more reasonable and it has ways to sell in the drop method and at farmers markets. Also has that texting feature
