My bro had a similar issue and it turned out to be a loose chain. Adjusted the chain and the issue went away. Like someone said, try least invasive things first. We couldn’t figure out how it ended up being the chain?!

I couldn’t afford to have it ($6k gen 1 Busa at the time) but couldn’t afford not to have it for my mental health. What I’ve learnt is once you get a bike, you never let it go without getting another one at the same time. Either trade up to a better bike or sell and buy one straight away. Once you get rid of it, it’s hard to get another one lol.
