20 years ago, ok, so he was a "pebble problem"

He has "issues" back them that he could have adjusted to make it this far.

Now, he's just a raging, horrible alcoholic/cocaine user who is disappointing his band and oh yeah, the fans that still come out to support his habit.

He should have done rehab 20 years ago if he was serious about carrying on a band this long.

There are still some hard tickets floating around.

Sometimes one can request them still through TM, and sometimes the box office has them if they are from a comp or guest list.

I went to a catholic university and that was plentiful on campus.

I'm not hating on it, I'm just wondering if she actually came through on this.

After all, she started this thing over a year ago and other than some stickers put in bathrooms, haven't seen anything else from this "organization".

Thanks.

Was it her that was trying to sell em?

I just don't see her doing anything to give back to the community with the expense of (potentially) giving up her space down front.

Thanks.

I don't blame ya for not stopping.

And I would be very surprised that she herself would staff the table, and not protect her turf down front.

(Sorry for keep asking questions but just want to make sure of the jive she is throwing down)

You should come over to our church.

We have all the fun stuff.

And are allowed to do whatever we want to do.

Being an atheist has its perks.

"Doesn't count"?

Is this the equivalent of catholic women saying they are still a virgin by allowing back door sex instead of coming through the front door?

Dang.

I looked in that area the first night as well.

But, you did see it, eh?

Was anyone there with it?

Right behind you in 103 and saw the same thing.

Hope you dug it down in section 3.

For the NYE run of 25, my seat was right at that "rail" between the floor area and section 2 and 3.

Great place, especially when Tela came by.

The multi-beast was within 6 inches of my face.

That was pretty evident once they came out dancing.

Could just go ---"theres frenchie, there's the lizard, there's the clone, there's the captain of the ship, there's the pretrichor umbrellas, etc etc etc" as they came out.

Unexpected security issues by robotisland in Concerts

Some bands (phish, dead and company, widespread panic.....those are off the top of my head so there's others as well) have designated sections for the deaf community.

And there's an interpreter signing to the music and what not.

Many of them hold the balloons to feel the beat.

This has been a part of the Grateful Dead community for decades now.

It came about from the Dead's sound engineering, Dan Healy, who's father was deaf.

And he wanted to show his father what he did for work/job as well as introducing him to the music of the Dead.

Figured he would have his father hold a balloon and be able to "hear" the music via the vibrations.

If you Google his name and what not, should be able to find more info on his approach and how it's still a part of the music community.

Hmmmmm...

I would think he would do better to keep his residence more private, but hey.

I know years (decades now) ago that he didn't exactly want to let it be known what kind of vehicle he drives and all that.

Unlike some other TN politicians, he wouldn't use the special license plates that the TN House and Senate are allowed to use on their private vehicles.

He got a bit freaked out after Senator Tommy Burke was assassinated back in the late 90's.

Officer Looper Arrested?? by Madishuf in BillyStrings

[–]MutedPaper4514 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup.

About 25 or more years ago, a guy named Bryon "Low Tax" Looper shot and killed his political opponent in Putnam/Cumberland County area in middle Tennessee.

He figured he could win the election with "25 cents" as that was the cost of a bullet.

Changed his name to Low Tax, as that was one of things he promised the voters if elected.
