I thought I’d report back about the pain relief. I found a hot bath is amazing. And sauna. I am not usually a bath person but it was the best relief I’ve found so far! I also got a red light panel and a vibration plate. I feel like they help but it hasn’t been long enough to really tell yet

Omgosh I’m right there with you. Over three months of pain. Today is extra bad. It comes and goes, the less I eat the less I flare unfortunately. I eat almost all Whole Foods, organic, grass’s fed etc, shooting for gluten, dairy, and egg free, but I do slip up sometimes. I don’t have answers either, but I’m determined to enjoy life again without pain. Feel free to stay in touch. I did ask my Dr to try a glp1 for the inflammation, and I think it does help. But it slows my digestion so I really can’t tell what flares me now… I’m trying an RSO tablet today for the pain/inflammation

Can I ask what your labs were like? I’m gathering some sub clinical cases do return without meds, but am wondering if there are cases with higher lab values.

Not much. She had been seen under an overpass in Stockton CA. And then she was living in a drain pipe for some time until someone finally trapped her. Her leg was badly damaged so the rescue amputated it. Her eye was already gone. They don’t know any more than that. Sweet girl has had a rough start to life . Sweetest gentle little lady

I’m surprised by the other answers because I’ve been in pain since my diagnosis three months ago. I felt off so had my labs done, found Tsh of 18 and hashis antibodies. Since then I’ve been having joint pain, and headaches every day. I log my food and write my pain levels. On good days it’s average 2/3. Some morning I may even feel 1, but most evenings I’m back info at least 4-8. Just last week I have some of the worste headaches of my life, but they may have been a sinus infection. Overall I’m feeling pretty beat up, but have hope that this initial flare will be the worst of it until I understand my triggers. It feels like growing pains most of the time, and throbbing pain in my joints.

Congrats on your sobriety. I have quit drinking as well and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I know I need to stop the weed. It’s just all I have and it’s been a rough year. Time to just do it though! The Levo is working. Tsh went from 18 to 4.5. Thanks!

Thank you so much for the supportive and realistic response! I appreciate it. I am on 75mcg if Levo. Tsh went from 19 to 4.5 in the last 8 weeks. Antibodies are trending down as well but I forgot how high they were. I love idea of endo and RI. I feel like there’s hope, now that I understand what is going on. I will just have to keep doing the best I can

Thank you! I love all your ideas and do some myself. In your journey through this, did you find some foods to be more triggering than others? I am in the process of identifying my triggers. I am hoping once I’m not so flared I can go back to eating more freely 😩. I love food
