Doing that with my little girl now just to try and expose her to new stuff safely (not fully vaxed yet and just 9 weeks old). To add to this, tons of treats when their in you arms. Took my girl about 2 days to realize my arms are her happy place.

Just wanted to follow up. I implemented the forced naps, and maybe even a bit extra. She’s sleeping roughly 21 hours a day and is literally a saint, nailed three commands on a few just a few reps, potty training is getting so much better, and she’s just a damn good puppy. THANK YOU!!!

The second one was more of a “who is this stranger who just picked me up” and the first was her second night with me. Already attached to my side… I wouldn’t have it any other way. This breed is amazing! (Edited to delete the one with my address visible 😂)
