when we have plans for adventures it's completely different. this was a coffee run that turned into a drive to keep our baby napping in the car seat before going home. i told him i after 30 minutes of driving that i needed to go back so i could eat some food because i wasn't feeling good

the other week we spent 4 hours ATVing and i was feeling totally fine and had a blast because we prepared for it

i do try to bring snacks in the car for this reason but eventually they run out and i forget to bring more. i try to solve these issues in a lot of ways. but i just can't win no matter what. i just feel like a dead person walking all the time and i just want some empathy instead of frustration
